While our WiDi works for the most part, it is spotty in performance. WAPs everywhere, BYOD up to our necks, two-story glass windows all over the place and across the street from the municipal complex so we're competing with their EM transmissions. The environment I'm in is a high school with a LOT of invisible chatter in the air. AirServer on Windows may have some performance issues since it's attempting to shoehorn two competing architectures together (Mac OS/Windows), but again, all dependent upon your tolerance for fault.Mirroring 360's Chrome app was gawdawful, even worse than their installed application (which wasn't awesome in the end anyway, for our environment).

Chrome-based plug-ins are even worse, because the software publishers are limited in what they're permitted to access in Chrome's architecture.Whether it's AirParrot, Mirroring360, or any other software-based solution, there will be lag in even basic Powerpoint presentations (up to 2 seconds of delay).
